Enhance stakeholder's trust

As I was getting ready to join the lead auditor on the field visit of my first audit, the WHO declared Covid-19 a global pandemic! Hectic days, but the organisation was so committed to undergo the initial audit that we mutually agreed not to reschedule it and to deliver it remotely instead. After hours and hours of interviews that left the auditors and the organisation well exhausted for days, it has been a great joy to witness the organisation succeeding with the first step of the certification in the very middle of a global health crises.
