CHS+ Pilot - Towards deduplication of due diligence requirements and enabling direct financing of Local/National NGOs.

A proof of concept was established after conducting the pilot together with donor representatives and the national NGO Friendship, Bangladesh. The results clearly highlighted that HQAI‘s audit methodology is evidence-based and robust, providing solid and reliable data that covers significant aspects of the Due Diligence (DD) requirements of key donors. The pilot confirmed the assumptions that audit data can indeed be used for more than one purpose and such deduplication of assessments is a means to streamlining processes and reduce complexity of DD reporting. HQAI and partner donors believe that the pilot project will be a key denominator in eliminating the administrative burdens on Local/National NGOs and potentially increase their access to international funding.
