The Humanitarian Quality Assurance Initiative (hereinafter “we” or HQAI”) is committed to the protection and respect of your privacy. In this policy, we set out how our organisation uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Switzerland’s new Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), HQAI operates as a ‘data controller’. The case where HQAI operates as a‘data processor’ is specified in Article 9 of this procedure.
