Mohammed Nadeem
Mohammed possesses extensive experience in both the corporate and non-profit sectors, with over a decade of expertise in risk and compliance. He currently holds the position of Compliance Manager at one of the largest pooled pension asset managers in the United Kingdom, responsible for overseeing more than £50 billion in assets under management for over one million public sector employees. Mohammed is dedicated to giving back to both the local and global community, with the intention of adding value and elevating standards within these sectors through a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
In his volunteer capacity, Mohammed serves as a Trustee of the START Network and is the Chair of their Risk and Compliance Committee. Furthermore, he is the former Chair and a current member of the United Kingdom's first custody scrutiny panel, which he has guided from its inception to maturity. This panel addresses complex and significant issues for the Commissioner of the third-largest police force in England.
A staunch advocate for collaboration, knowledge sharing, capacity building, and organizational strengthening, Mohammed is also a long-standing proponent of quality standards. He is committed to making a positive impact and fostering a lasting legacy to transform the current landscape of the humanitarian and international development sectors.
