To provide quality assurance services for organisations working in the humanitarian field, which will influence and incentivise consistent investments into improving the quality and accountability of their work.
To put people affected by crisis, or at the risk of crisis, at the center of independent verification of humanitarian organisations’ practices against recognised standards and good practices;
To carry independent verification of practices against recognised standards and good practices to inform humanitarian organisations decisions on where to prioritise investments to further improve their performance;
To influence humanitarian decision-making through the strategic development and dissemination of analysis from the evidence provided by the verification assessments;
To provide third party benchmarking, verification and certification services that enable humanitarian organisations to publicly demonstrate their commitment to transparent and accountable practices.
