Birgit Spiewok (M.A.), studied Political Science, Public Law and Humanitarian Assistance in Trier, Germany and London, UK. She worked for several humanitarian emergency NGOs in HO and field positions planning and implementing large-scale emergency relief and rehabilitation programmes. Since 2011, she has been working as a freelance trainer, writer and consultant for strategic planning, monitoring & evaluation and quality management. Birgit lectures at several universities and professional schools on humanitarian assistance, development cooperation, project and quality management. Birgit combines sound academic and professional training with substantial international field experiences around the globe. She speaks German, English and French.
